Password Expiration Date Notification Email

A password expiration date notification email is sent from the Password Expiration Date Policy screen in Tenant Info.

If there is subject/body text entered in [Specification of fixed phrase for password Expiration Date Notification Email] on the Password Expiration Date Policy screen and the [Use custom email text] checkbox is selected, that subject/body text is sent.

Email Components

Item	Description
Given Name	Displays the given name of the user who received this email, as registered in User Information Settings of the user. If a given name was not registered, the user ID registered in User Information Settings is shown.
Tenant Name	Displays the tenant name of the user who received this email.
Tenant ID	Displays the tenant ID of the user who received this email.
Number of Days Until Password Expires	Displays the number of days until the current password expires. The number of days specified in [Specify the number of days] of [Sending a password expiration date notification email] on the Password Expiration Date Policy screen is displayed.
Change Password URL	Displays the URL for Change Password in My Account Settings.

The email message appears in the language specified for Reply Email Language in User Information Settings.
If there is subject/body text entered in [Specification of fixed phrase for password Expiration Date Notification Email] on the Password Expiration Date Policy screen and the [Use saved fixed phrase] checkbox is selected, the email is sent in the language of the subject/body text entered, regardless of the Reply Email Language setting.
