Certificate expiration date notification email

A certificate expiration date notification email is sent if [Certificate expiration date notification email] on the "SAML Service Provider Settings" screen is specified. You can access the "SAML Service Provider Settings" screen from the SAML ID Provider Settings screen in Tenant Info.

  • This function is only available for the following regions.
    • North America
    • Latin America
    • Asia Pacific
    • EMEA
    • South Korea

This email is sent automatically to all target users who were set as notification destinations for the certificate expiration date notification email.

Your certificate issued via SAML coordination with {Service Provider Name}
will expire in {Number of Days Until Certificate Expires} days.

To continue using the service, please create a new certificate from the following URL before it expires.
Set the certificate on {Service Provider Name} and then enable the created certificate.

Email Components

Item Description
Given Name Displays the given name of the user who received this email, as registered in User Information Settings of the user.
If a given name was not registered, the user ID registered in User Information Settings is shown.
Tenant Name Displays the tenant name of the user who received this email.
Tenant ID Displays the tenant ID of the user who received this email.
Service Provider Name Displays the name of the service provider that created the certificate.
Number of Days Until Certificate Expires Displays the number of days until the valid certificate expires.
SAML Service Provider Settings screen URL Displays the URL for SAML ID Provider Settings in Tenant Info.
