PIN Issuance Email

A PIN issuance email is sent if PIN is enabled for Login Method on Device in Tenant Info, when Reset PIN code was executed, or when user registration is completed.

Email Components

Item Description
Given Name Displays the given name of the user who received this email, as registered in User Information Settings of the user.
If a given name was not registered, the user ID registered in User Information Settings is shown.
Tenant Name Displays the tenant name of the user who received this email.
Tenant ID Displays the tenant ID of the user who received this email.
PIN Displays the PIN value.
The PIN is issued immediately before the email is sent.

My Account Settings Device Login Setting Screen URL Displays the URL for Device Login Setting in My Account Settings.
  • *1 If the number of digits is insufficient and the PIN could not be issued, the following message will be displayed instead.
Substitute message
The PIN cannot be issued because the number of PIN digits is insufficient.
To use a PIN, contact the administrator to increase the number of PIN digits.
After increasing the number of PIN digits, issue the PIN from the following URL.
