MFA Configuration Email

An MFA configuration email is sent by following the procedure for Sending a setting guidance e-mail to users who have not completed the authenticator application setting.

Email Components

Item Description
Given Name Displays the given name of the user who received this email, as registered in User Information Settings of the user.
If a given name was not registered, the user ID registered in User Information Settings is shown.
Tenant Name Displays the tenant name of the user who received this email.
Tenant ID Displays the tenant ID of the user who received this email.
User ID Displays the user ID of the user who received this email, as registered in User Information Settings of the user.
My Account Settings MFA Settings Screen URL Displays the URL for MFA Settings in My Account Settings.
