User Registration Completion Email

This email is sent when "Send user registration completion email to newly added users" is set to "Active" in the procedure for Synchronizing IDs.

Email Components

Item Description
Given Name Displays the given name of the user who received this email, as registered in User Information Settings of the user.
If a given name was not registered, the user ID registered in User Information Settings is shown.
External Service Account Name The name that is displayed varies depending on the coordination method.
The "Microsoft 365 account" name, the "Okta account" name, or the name specified for [Name of Account to Coordinate with SAML] on the SAML Coordination Settings screen may be displayed.
RICOH Account Login URL Displays the URL for the login screen.
Tenant Name Displays the tenant name of the user who received this email.
Tenant ID Displays the tenant ID of the user who received this email.
User ID Displays the user ID of the user who received this email, as registered in User Information Settings of the user.
PIN The PIN is issued immediately before the email is sent.
For the specifications, see Specifiable Characters for PIN Code Setting.
My Account Settings Device Login Setting Screen URL Displays the URL for Device Login Setting in My Account Settings.
  • *1 This is displayed when any of the following conditions are met.

    • When "Card and PIN Code, or Device Account" is selected for [Single sign-on to application] in Login Method on Device of Tenant Info.
    • When PIN is enabled for [Activating Login Method] in Login Method on Device of Tenant Info.
  • *2 If the number of digits is insufficient and the PIN could not be issued, the following message will be displayed instead.

Substitute message
The PIN cannot be issued because the number of PIN digits is insufficient.
To use a PIN, contact the administrator to increase the number of PIN digits.
After increasing the number of PIN digits, issue the PIN from the following URL.

  • *3 This is displayed when "PIN" is enabled for [Activating Login Method] in Login Method on Device of Tenant Info, and "User Entry" is selected for "Generation Method".
