    • Non-user activity (such as activity from Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or other ID automatic synchronization)
    • Activity performed by an external service account
    • Activity performed by a business tenant user
  • Recorded as "– Unknown –" if the activity was any of the following:
    • The operator of the activity is unknown

  • To create a user (tenant administrator) : Add user (Role: admin)
  • To create a user (general user) : Add user (Role: user)
  • To delete a user : Delete user
  • To change the role of a user (from general user to administrator) : Change role to admin
  • To change the role of a user (from administrator to general user) : Change role to user
  • To start import : Import users (started)
