A password reset email is sent from If your password is forgotten, or by the administrator using User Management.

Email Components

| Tenant Name | Displays the tenant name of the user who received this email. If the email was sent by following the procedure for If your password is forgotten, the tenant name will not be shown if there was no tenant information on the Send Password Reset Email screen. |
| Tenant ID | Displays the tenant ID of the user who received this email. If the email was sent by following the procedure for If your password is forgotten, the tenant ID will not be shown if there was no tenant information on the Send Password Reset Email screen. |
| Password Reset URL | The password reset email expires 12 hours after it is sent, or once you reset the password. |
- If the email was sent by following the procedure for If your password is forgotten, the language in which the message appears follows the language settings of the operating system or browser.
- If the email was sent by the administrator using User Management, the message appears in the language specified for Reply Email Language in User Information Settings of the user who received this email.
